Hello, my name is Yasuko, the hostess of Muroya.

I have opened a vacation rental called "Muroya" in Hojo, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.

Originally founded about 100 years ago as Muroya Ryokan, it was a popular inn for travelers, especially those on the Shikoku Pilgrimage. However, about 20 years ago, due to a lack of successors, the inn closed its doors.

With the help of my daughter and son, we began preparations last year, and we are finally able to reopen.

While preserving the original building from the ryokan days, we have renovated the facilities to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Please enjoy a relaxing time at Muroya, which carries a nostalgic atmosphere.

愛媛県松山市北条に民泊「むろや」を開業しました。

もともと約100年前に室屋旅館として創業し、お遍路さんを中心に多くの旅行者にご利用いただいていましたが、20年ほど前に後継者不足で宿の歴史に幕を閉じました。

娘と息子の協力のもと昨年から動き出し、ようやく再開の運びとなりました。

建屋は旅館当時のものを残しつつ、より快適に使っていただけるよう設備はリニューアルしています。

どこか懐かしい香りのする「むろや」で、のんびりとしたひとときをお過ごしください。
